Dr Harry Margot offered to assist us in the early phases of our start up practice . We were in the first 12 months of inception and struggling big time most likely destined for a catastrophic failure , having invested in expensive equipment in an area oversupplied with dentists .
Harry somehow managed to turn us around . We went from empty books and despair to within a year full books and a profitable multi chair busy practice .

His wealth of knowledge , wisdom and specific insights into our practice, what was working , what was not , has been invaluable .
Harry’s uncanny ability to read people and and help in assessing new team members has been incredibly useful in helping us achieve our dream team and remove the” dead wood” so to speak . His strategies of business growth were abundant varied and specific to our practice . He helped us develop our niche market where we thrived and won a number of awards ( pioneering award, innovation award , etc) before we sold our practice.
